INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag FitBake yellow cake mix, prepared
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar-free sweetener, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepare cake batter according to package instructions in style of your choice.

Bake according to package instructions. To make three layers as pictured here, line three 6-inch round nonstick pans with parchment paper and divide batter evenly between them. Bake at 325 for 17-20 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Beat cold heavy cream in a bowl with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add sifted powdered sweetener and vanilla, to taste.
- Layer cake with sliced strawberries and whipped cream, repeating for additional layers if applicable. Slice, and enjoy!
