At this time we ship only within the United States. We hope to expand internationally as soon as we can!
Our cake mixes have three different style options: Classic Moist, Ultra-Rich & Moist, and Non-Dairy, giving you more flexibility with your cakes, simply by changing the ingredients you add in. Our Classic Moist is our lowest calorie option, using greek yogurt and water in addition to eggs. Our Ultra-Rich & Moist uses sour cream and oil or butter to give you an even richer flavor and texture. Our Non-Dairy is also deliciously rich and moist, but uses a dairy-free milk alternative (we usually opt for unsweetened almond milk, but feel free to try other types of “milk”!) and avocado oil to make our cakes friendly for those who are sensitive to dairy. Choose whichever style suits your needs or mood that day!
Our frostings are completely pre-made! Just spread and enjoy. Make sure your frostings are at room temperature (70-74°F) for optimal texture.
Yes! To make our cake mix into cupcakes, mix batter according to package instructions. Line a muffin tin with paper liners, and divide batter evenly between them. Bake at 350°F for 17-20 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from liners. Each bag of cake mix will yield 9-12 cupcakes, depending how big you make them.
Yes! The photos displayed on our packaging were taken by our founder, Sarah, and show you the actual delicious appearance and texture of our products.
Net carbs are the carbs that impact blood sugar. Fiber, sugar alcohols, and allulose have not been found to impact blood sugar, so they are subtracted from the total carbs to reach the net carb count. You can find this calculation shown on the back panels of our products.
Yes, our products do not contain any gluten containing ingredients. As a brand new company, we haven’t pursued a formal gluten certification yet, so our final product has not been tested for gluten. All of our raw ingredients were tested individually to be gluten-free. Our manufacturing facilities do not process wheat ingredients, so we feel confident that there is not a high risk of cross contamination during the manufacturing process. Please make the decision that is best for you based on your individual level of sensitivity when choosing whether or not to consume our products.
Our cake mixes both have a non-dairy option, and our frostings do not contain any dairy ingredients. However all of our products are manufactured in facilities that also process milk ingredients, so they may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.
Our cake mixes use almond flour, so they are not nut-free. Our frostings are nut-free aside from a small amount of coconut oil, however they are manufactured in a facility that processes many different types of tree nuts, so they will not be suitable for those with severe nut allergies. We hope to expand to offer nut-free options in the future.
Our frostings do not contain any dairy, egg, or animal based ingredients, so they can be considered vegan friendly. Our dry cake mixes are also considered vegan friendly, however they do require eggs to be added, and they haven’t been thoroughly tested using egg substitutes.
Since our products do not contain added sugars and are very low in net carbs, they tend to be suitable for most individuals with diabetes. However, we cannot make medical recommendations, and every individual is different, so we ask that you please consult with your doctor if you have any uncertainty before consuming our products.
Our products are not currently certified kosher.

No, our products are all natural and do not use any artificial sweeteners. Some of the natural sweeteners we use include monk fruit, erythritol, allulose, and stevia. Each of our products uses a unique blend of two or more of these sweeteners to most accurately replicate the flavor of real sugar.

Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday ship same day in most cases. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Shipping transit time is usually 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days in rare cases due to COVID-19 carrier delays. We make our products in small batches to ensure you are always receiving the freshest product. If products go out of stock, we will do our best to re-stock them as soon as possible. Make sure to subscribe via email at the bottom of this page, and we’ll notify you as soon as products have been re-stocked.
Please see expiration date printed on your product for the best by date. After opening, our frostings are best when used within 2 weeks. Our cake mixes are usually used all at once, but if you choose to bake only part of a mix, we recommend using the remaining dry mix within 30 days after opening. Always store our products in a cool, dry place.
Yes! To send an order as a gift, enter a gift message to the recipient in the box indicated in the cart. Doing so will automatically tell the system to use a gift receipt.
We highly recommend lining the pan with parchment paper before baking for best results. This not only allows you easily remove the cake from the pan in one piece, but also ensures more even baking, helps the cake retain moisture, and reduces clean up for you! If you choose not to line your pan with parchment paper, we recommend using a thoroughly greased non-stick pan, and you may need to slightly decrease baking time.
Since our raw batter contains raw eggs, we do not recommend consuming the raw batter. Please make sure to bake according to the package instructions before consuming our cakes.
Our products use high quality ingredients such as almond flour, monk fruit sweetener, european cocoa powder, natural flavoring, and sustainable palm shortening, which are a lot more expensive to source than the refined flours, sugars, corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, and artificial flavors you find in most cake mix and frostings at the grocery store. We did everything we could to make our products as affordable as possible.
The shipping rate we charge varies depending on the total size of the order and where the order is being shipped. We charge a variable rate in order to give you the lowest possible rate. You can see the shipping rate for your particular order size and location during the checkout process. Our actual costs for shipping are higher than what we charge, but we’ve decided to absorb as much of the cost as we can to give you a lower rate.
