This Keto Chocolate Cookie Dough Cheesecake is the ultimate keto-friendly treat 🍪🍫🍰 Layers of perfectly moist chocolate cake made using our chocolate cake mix, creamy cheesecake, and gooey chocolate chip cookie, all baked together. This recipe will yield one 8x8-inch pan. 

INGREDIENTS:

Cheesecake layer:

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Cookie dough layer:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar-free sweetener
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. 

  2. Prepare chocolate cake mix batter according to package instructions in style of your choice. 

  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until combined. Add remaining cheesecake ingredients and beat until smooth.

  4. In another small bowl, combine all cookie ingredients and stir until dough forms. Add chocolate chips. Form cookie dough into about 8-9 flattened disc shapes.

  5. Spread chocolate cake batter into lined pan. Distribute cream cheese mixture on top and swirl back and forth with a knife or toothpick. Top with cookie dough circles. 

  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy at room temperature, or chill before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
