Low-Carb Peanut Butter Snack Cake made using our yellow cake mix and vanilla buttercream frosting. Super moist banana snack cake with creamy peanut butter vanilla frosting, drizzled with extra peanut butter! Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag FitBake yellow cake mix

1 overripe banana, mashed

3 large eggs

2 tbsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)
- 1/2 jar FitBake vanilla buttercream frosting

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine cake mix, banana, eggs, and oil in a mixing bowl, and stir until combined.

Spread batter evenly into a parchment paper lined 8x8-inch pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool.

Combine vanilla frosting and peanut butter, and stir together until smooth.

Spread frosting over cooled cake and drizzle with extra peanut butter if desired.
