INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bag Fit Bake yellow cake mix
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
- 3 large eggs
- ~1/2 cup Fit Bake cream cheese frosting
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine cake mix and pumpkin pie spice in a mixing bowl. Add pumpkin puree, oil, and eggs, and stir until smooth.

Use a 1.5-inch cookie scoop to scoop batter onto baking sheet about 3 inches apart. Flatten each ball. You should get about 14 total. Bake for 8-12 minutes, then allow to cool completely.

One by one, turn half of the little cakes upside-down, fill with cream cheese frosting, then sandwich with another cake. Repeat until you have 7 whoopie pies. Enjoy!
