Keto "Hostess" Cupcakes 🍫This nostalgic treat will transport you right back to your childhood, except without the sugar crash. Made easy and no-sugar-added using our classic chocolate cake mix!
INGREDIENTS:
Cupcakes:
Filling:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Sugar-free sweetener, to taste
*Ganache:
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- *For an even easier ganache option, feel free to use our chocolate buttercream frosting. Just heat for a few seconds in a microwave safe cup until it reaches a pourable consistency, then spread on cupcakes. Allow to set in the fridge.
INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare cake mix batter according to package instructions.

Line cupcake pan with liners, and divide batter evenly into 10 cupcakes.

Bake for 17-20 minutes. Allow to cool.

Mix heavy cream with electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Add sweetener to taste.

Ganache: Heat heavy cream over low-medium heat until it starts to bubble. Add chocolate chips, remove from heat, and stir until smooth. Allow to cool.

Slice out the center of each cupcake with a knife. Use a spoon to remove. Slice off just the top of each removed piece.

Fill each cupcake with whipped cream, then cover with the top of the removed cupcake piece. Spread with cooled chocolate ganache.

Place cupcakes in the fridge until ganache sets.
