Keto Crumb Cake made using our yellow cake mix Perfectly soft & moist cake with a delicious buttery cinnamon crumb topping. This recipe will yield one 8x8-inch pan of crumb cake. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bag Fit Bake yellow cake mix, prepared
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar-free sweetener
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. 

  2. Prepare yellow cake mix batter according to package instructions (ultra-rich & moist style is recommended for this recipe!)

  3. Pour batter into the lined pan and spread evenly.

  4. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix until evenly combined and crumbs have formed.

  5. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over the cake batter.

  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool. Slice, and enjoy!
